*A booking/reservation deposit of £250 is required at the time of booking.
*This deposit will not be refunded against any cancellation. The balance is required 4 weeks prior to your arrival date.
*A damage deposit of £250 will be required at the time of booking. This will be held against any breakages, and refunded to you after your return.
We always recommend that our guests take out an adequate holiday insurance cover.

Parents please be aware that the house is situated away from the bank of the lake. The lake is up to 8 feet deep in places but a shallow ledge is all around the perimeter of the water.
